REVIEW: Yves Rocher Limited Edition Collection Cranberry & Almond

I have most products from the line, the body lotion, the exfoliating shower gel, the lip balm, the liquid hand soap and the hand cream. The ones I don't have are the regular shower gel and the scented candle.

Имам повече продукти от линията, лосиона за тяло, ексфолиращия душ гел, балсама за устни, течния сапун за ръце и клема за ръце. Тези, които нямам са обикновения душ гел и ароматизираната свещ.

Starting off with the liquid hand soap, it's the product I've used the least. I ditched Pear & Cocoa for a while to test this one. This product has a fantastic winter cranberry fragrance and in the liquid soap I don't feel the almond at all. It's smells super cozy and it's giving me the winter vibes. If you are looking for the Christmas mood, out of all liquid soaps, this one is definitely it!

Този продукт има фантастичен зимен аромат на червена боровинка и в течния сапун аз въобще не усещам бадема. Ухае супер уютно и ми носи зимно настроение. The liquid soap is super economical and a little goes a super long way. I believe I'll be using those for a very long time, especially since in the end I got all 3 versions. It doesn't leave my hands dry, despite my tendency to wash them all the time. The pump is super convenient and overall the packaging is quite beautiful and I really enjoy looking at it. The liquid hand soap comes in a 190 ml bottle and it retails for 2,95€.

The washing base are the surfactants Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate and Decyl Glucoside. Centaurea cyanus Flower Water (cornflower) is a moisturizer. Cocamidopropyl Betaine is  a surfactant and a viscosity control agent. Sodium Benzoate is a preservative. Sodium Chloride  is a viscosity control agent. Citric Acid is a pH adjuster. Tetrasodium EDTA is chelating agent.  Cocamide Mipa is a surfactant and a viscosity control agent. Limonene is a solvent and a fragrance. Glycerin is a solvent and a moisturizer. Salicylic Acid is an exfoliating ingredient.  Methylpropanediol is a solvent. Vaccinium macrocarpon Fruit Extract (cranberry) is an astringent. Prunus amygdalus dulcis Seed Extract (sweet almond) is an emollient. Potassium Sorbate is a preservative. Denatonium Benzoate is an ingredient that makes the product extremely bitter. With the magnificent fragrance, I can see why this is needed for safety measures.  CI 14700, CI 17200 and CI 42090 are pigments. You can find the ingredients in CosDNA here. I pretty much copied and pasted my analysis for Cocoa & Pear and then slightly changed the placement of some ingredients. Nevertheless, the two seem very similar.

I wrote this review inconsistently, doing some parts before the others and at this point I realize the whole collection is super similar to the Pear & Cocoa ingredients-wise and only small modifications were made in the ingredients lists bit everything is comparable.

Писах това ревю непоследователно, от тук от там и в този момент си дадох сметка, че цялата колекция е много подобна на Круша & Какао като състав и са направени само малки промени в съставките, но иначе всичко е доста подобно.

Moving on to the hand cream. It comes in a beautiful red festive packaging and it contains 75 ml of product, retails for 2,50€. (Festive is generally the one word description for Cranberry & Almond).

Продължавам с крема за ръце. Пристига в красива червена празнична опаковка от 75 мл и се продава за 2,50€. (Празнична е как бих описала с една дума Червена Боровинка & Бадем.)

I've been using this quite a lot. Not as much as the Pear & Cocoa hand cream of which I already used at least half the packaging but I switched to this as Christmas is closer now and I feel like using this one. This smells like sweet cranberries and there's the almond in the back giving the whole fragrance softness and warmth. If you've tried Yankee Candle's Cranberry Ice, this smells sweeter and not as sour. But burning Cranberry Ice while using these products feels like the ultimate indulgence.

Използвам го доста често. Не толкова колкото крема с Круша & Какао, от който вече съм изразходвала повече от половината, но сега го смених с този, тъй като Коледа наближава и предпочитам него. Този ухае на сладки червени боровинки и  някъде отзад се промъква бадемът и придава на целия аромат мекота и топлота. Ако сте пробвали Cranberry Ice на Yankee Candle, този аромат е по-сладък и не толкова кисел. Но да си запалиш Cranberry Ice докато ползваш тези продукти си е върховната глезотия!

The texture of the product is identical of Pear & Cocoa. It's light, provides light hydration and it gets absorbed quickly. For those of you who hate the sticky hand creams, this one might be your next favorite. The fragrance lasts pretty much 2 hours, which is pretty impressive in my book. The product has a slightly pink color.

За тези от вас, които мразят лепкавите кремове за ръце, този може би ще ви е новият любимец. Ароматът издържа около 3 часа, което е доста впечатляващо за мен. Продуктът има леко розов цвят.

Next comes the exfoliating shower gel which is my most used item in this collection. I used half a tube for a month. The shower gel comes in the standard 200 ml packaging which I don't like all that much because it's easy to spill it everywhere. It retails for 4,50€ which is quite pricey for the amount of product.

След това идва и ексфолиращия душ гел, който е най-използвания ми продукт от тази колекция. Използвах половин тубичка за месец. Душ гелът пристига в стандартна 200 мл опаковка, която въобще не ми харесва, тъй като лесно се разлива навсякъде. Продава се за 4,50€, която е доста скъпо за количеството продукт.

I brought this product together with the body lotion and the lip balm at my boyfriend's place (where I stay during the weekends). This product is not economical at all and you'll use it up pretty quickly. The fragrance here is truly fantastic and it's such a pleasure using this product! The particles make the whole thing super beautiful, of course they are absolutely useless as a scrub. This product foams really nicely but you'll still use a lot of it accidentally because of the packaging. It doesn't dry out my skin but I apply body lotion after shower 95% of the time anyway.

Ароматът тук наистина е фантастичен и е голямо удоволствие да ползвам продукта! Частиците го правят много красив, но разбира се като скраб са тотално безполезни. Продуктът се пени много добре, но пак ще използвате голямо количество без да искате, заради опаковката. Не изсушава кожата ми, но аз и нанасям лосион за тяло след душ в 95% от случаите.

The major difference between Cranberry & Almond and Pear & Cocoa exfoliating shower gels is that the former uses coconut powder as an exfoliant while the latter has almond powder. Not that surprising considering the product is called Cranberry & Almond after all. I feel like this shower gel together with the body lotion would make a great affordable Christmas gift for someone who loves that type of winter scents.

Голямата разлика между ексфолиращите душ гелове Круша & Какао и Червена Боровинка & Бадем е, че първият използва пудра от кокос като ексфолиант, а вторият има пудра от бадем. Не е чак толкова учудващо, предвид, че продукта се казва Червена Боровинка & Бадем. Мисля, че този душ гел, заедно с лосиона биха били страхотен достъпен подарък за Коледа, за някой, който обича такива зимни аромати.

Moving on to the body lotion, I was excited the most for this product when I first received my order.

Продължавам с лосиона за тяло, най-много нямах търпение да пробвам него когато си получих поръчката.

I want to note I absolutely adore Yves Rocher's body lotions' sleek packaging. It looks gorgeous, it's practical and it easy to store. It contains 200 ml and it retails for 4,50€ while the 390 ml version retails for 5,50€. It's not that I am implying you should splurge and get the big size... but you should and it's way more worth it! I got this in a set but I would've picked the 390 ml size otherwise. I just got one of the Pear & Cocoa after deciding I love this way too much not to order one because of having too many body lotions.

Искам да отбележа, че обожавам изисканите опаковки на лосионите за тяло на Yves Rocher. Изглеждат страхотно, практични са и са лесни за съхранение. Продуктът съдържа 200 мл и се продава за 4,50€, докато 390 мл-овата версия се продава за 5,50€. Не че намеквам, че трябва да се поглезите и да зи вземете голямата опаковка... но го правя и така е доста по-евтино! Получих този продукт в комплект, но иначе бих си взела 390 мл. Тъкмо си взех този с Круша & Какао след като реших, че твърде много го обичам, за да не си поръчам, защото имам много лосиони.

Now, this has the exact same ingredients as the hand cream. I thought it might be a mistake, I double checked and I also checked if it's the same for Pear & Cocoa. It is, pretty much the hand cream is just a mini version of the body lotion. On my body, this product feels light and I definitely sometimes use more hydration (after hair removal) but it's a great daily lotion for lazy people because it gets absorbed right away. Apply. Wait 2 minutes for it to absorb. You can go to bed. No stickiness. Again those of you who hate sticky body lotions but still need to use one during winter, you'll probably love this.

Та, този продукт има точно същия състав като крема за ръце. Мислех си, че може да е грешка, затова проверих няколко пъти и проверих дали е същото и за Круша & Какао. И е така, общо взето кремът за ръце е мини версия на лосиона за тяло. На тялото ми, този продукт е много лек и определено понякога имам нужда от повече хидратация (след обезкосмяване), но е страхотен ежедневен лосион за мързеливи хора, защото се абсорбира веднага. Нанасяте. Изчаквате 2 минути да се абсорбира. Може да си лягате. Без лепнене. Отново, тези, които мразите лепкавите лосиони, но все пак ви трябва такъв зимата, сигурно този ще ви хареса.

The lip balm is me and Bae's mutual love. We use this together and we have 1/3 left at the moment. Considering I've been actively using 5 other lip balms, that speaks how much we both love this lip balm.  It leaves the lips soft and hydrated, the formula is light and it has a natural finish.

Балсамът е общата ни любов със Слънцето. Използваме го заедно и ни остава 1/3 към момента. Предвид, че активно ползвам 5 други балсама, си говори колко много и двамата го харесвам. Оставя устните ми меки и хидратирани. Формулата е лека и има естествен завършек.

The first ingredient is Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2 is a lipid-based synthetic emollient and moisturizer. Isopropyl Palmitate is a solvent, an emollient and a fragrance. Ethylhexyl Stearate is an emollient. Cocoglycerides and Beeswax are emollients and emulsifiers, the latter is also a viscosity control agent. Ricinus communis Seed Oil (castor) is a moisturizer, an emollient and a fragrance. Ethylhexyl Caprylate/Caprate is a emollient. Synthetic Wax is a viscosity control agent, antistatic and an emollient. Polybutene is a viscosity control agent. Butyrospermum parkii Butter (shea) is an excellent moisturizer and an emollient. Hydrogenated Microcrystalline Wax is a viscosity control agent. Hydrogenated Castor Oil is an emollient, an emulsifier, a surfactant and a viscosity control agent. Tocopheryl Acetate is an antioxidant and a moisturizer. Prunus amygdalus dulcis Oil (sweet almond) is an emollient. Limonene is a solvent and a fragrance. Mica is a pigment. The formula is exactly the same as the Pear & Cocoa lip balm, it's just one fragrance that was changed. I would recommend this collection to all the people who really want something to remind them of Christmas because out of all 3, for me this one is the most festive, as I said. I would rate the whole collection with 5/5 too. In the beginning, I thought I won't review Clementine & Spices because I only had the hand cream but since I picked a full sized hand cream, a liquid hand soap and a lip balm too, I am going to post a short review of it too. Бих препоръчала тази колекция на всички, които искат нещо, които наистина да им напомням за Коледа, защото от 3-те, тази за мен е най-празничната, както казах. Също бих ѝ дала оценка от 5/5. В началото си мислех, че няма да пиша за Клементина & Подправки, тъй като имах само крема за ръце, но тъй като си взех пълен размер от крема, течния сапун и балсам, ще ви напиша едно кратко ревю и за нея.
